challenges
Quendon Hall is a working wedding venue set in the heart of the Essex Country side. The Hall was closed for one month in the February of 2012 and Faux Creation and the main contractor had precisely 30 days to rebuild the box gutter, restore the sliding sash windows and repair the stone work on the front façade. The front of the building was scaffolded, wrapped in Monarflex and heated to enable round the clock restoration from teams of skilled craftsmen.
— Historical Importance —
“Quendon hall was a large undertaking FOR our team at FAUX CREATION, but we rose to the occasion and were able to work efficiently within the short timeframe using the restorative systems we now implement on all of our historical restoration projects”
